CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT
The content of the MRA Resource Center includes MRA’s confidential and proprietary
information. Any Visitor wishing to receive a password for access to the Resource
Center must agree as follows:
None of the data, images, text, information or
other content of the Resource Center may be disclosed, copied, distributed, reproduced
or otherwise utilized outside of direct transactions between MRA and Visitor without
MRA’s express, written permission.
If a Visitor receives permission from MRA
to down load, copy or otherwise utilize information from the Resource Center, the
Visitor shall treat such information as confidential proprietary information and
take all steps reasonably necessary to safeguard and prevent its further distribution
or disclosure.
The Visitor acknowledges that maintaining the restrictions and
conditions set forth above concerning MRA’s confidential and proprietary information
is essential to MRA’s business, and that any violation of those restrictions and
conditions would irreparably damage MRA.
